Tenant and Landlord Mediation

Eviction Prevention Mediation is a process where tenants, property managers and/or landlords (“disputing parties”) agree to allow a neutral third party (“Mediator”) to assist in resolving the complex issue of nonpayment of rent to avoid costly and time-consuming eviction filings through the judicial system. Eviction Prevention Mediation empowers “disputing parties” to design their own solutions through a legally binding Mediation Settlement Agreement where everybody WINS.
